Distance Reiki

A distance Reiki session is an energizing and restorative experience that allows you to receive healing energy from afar, without the need for physical presence.
I will ask your name and city and connect with you energetically. This connection is facilitated through visualization and intention. During the session, you will find yourself in a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and let go of daily distractions.

In-Person Reiki
$250
In-person Reiki sessions take place in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. At these sessions, I will create an atmosphere that is calming, usually with gentle music, soft lighting, and the soothing scent of essential oils. Before the session starts, we’ll discuss your needs, concerns, and areas of focus.
Once you’re ready, you’ll lie comfortably on a massage table, or zero-gravity chair, whichever you prefer, fully clothed. Reiki can be performed with a light touch, or if you prefer, with my hands hovering above you, and will allow the flow of energy to begin.

On-Site Reiki

If you are located in Brooklyn or Manhattan, I can offer an in-person (as described to the left) on-site visit. In that case, I will channel Reiki while you are relaxing in a zero-gravity chair that I will provide.

Access Bars

During an Access Bars session, I will gently touch 32 points on your head. In this process, we will "delete" the cluttered thoughts, stress, and emotional patterns holding you back. This treatment is similar to “hitting reset” on a busy brain, leaving you feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and open to new possibilities.

Sound Healing
